Maggie teaches at Milan University. She has run playwriting and theatre translation workshops throughout Europe. Her stage plays, Six Months Here, Six Months There (cowritten with Emanuella Rossini) and Scars of War (co-written with Wilma G. Stark and Carlo Iacucci) explore themes of immigration, while You in Me: Me in You (co-written with Carla Sanguineti) puts Mary Shelley centre stage. She translated and co-adapted Renato Gabrielli’s Mobile Thriller, dubbed the smallest show on the 2004 Edinburgh Fringe. In 2006 she cotranslated Bond’s The War Plays with Salvatore Cabras at the Winter Olympics Arts Festival in Turin.
